Recognizing and seizing the opportunity to be remarkable requires the relentless questioning of what is possible, an on-going effort to challenge the way we see things, and a willingness to risk the status-quo for something better.  In more than thirty-five years of delivering our work, our clients have consistently expressed their desire to participate in a venture that they consider meaningful and significant.  


One thing is certain: the desire to be at our best is a necessary start.  It is those who continually pursue the challenge of removing self-imposed limitations who create truly remarkable partnerships and teams. 

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE REMARKABLE is designed to enhance each participant’s ability to make choices that promote partnership, effectiveness, and satisfaction.  Each participant is challenged to take a closer look at how they are personally accountable, not only individually, but also for their team’s performance.  The process of taking greater responsibility encourages new ideas, problem solving from a systemic perspective, and increased clarity.  Through challenging discussions and engaging exercises, each participant can develop a practical to-do list for the specific steps necessary for excellence, both personally and for their partners and teams.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE REMARKABLE  is a challenging investigation of what it is that sets the best apart.  The program is delivered in a one-day or two four-hour sessions and can be followed by weekly group meetings.  It is designed to begin a process in which each participant gains a greater sense of his or her responsibility and role in bringing forth a dedication to greatness and excellence.
