WHAT IT TAKES TO BE REMARKABLE™ is designed to enhance each participant’s ability to make choices that promote partnership, effectiveness, and satisfaction. Each participant is challenged to take a closer look at how they are personally accountable, not only individually, but also for their team’s performance. The process of taking greater responsibility encourages new ideas, problem solving from a systemic perspective, and increased clarity. Through challenging discussions and engaging exercises, each participant can develop a practical to-do list for the specific steps necessary for excellence, both personally and for their partners and teams.

The program is delivered in a one-day or two four-hour sessions and can be followed by weekly group meetings. It is designed to begin a process in which each participant gains a greater sense of his or her responsibility and role in bringing forth a dedication to greatness and excellence.
